Dr. Parasar Mohanty is a professor in Department of Mathematics and Statistics at IIT Kanpur.
Prof. Mohanty did his PhD in Mathematics from IIT Kanpur in 2001. He has a proven track record in both teaching and research. His areas of research include Mathematical, Functional Analysis and Harmonic analysis.
Prof. Mohanty was honored with the Gopal Das Bhandari Memorial Distinguished Teacher Award 2017. He was also awarded the prestigious INSA Teacher Award 2021 for his contributions in inspiring and mentoring students.
