Our Facilities

Facility 1

3-Axis CNC Milling Center

The CNC machine center is a highly advanced manufacturing tool designed to perform a variety of machining operations with precision and excellent surface finish quality.



Facility 2

CAD Facilities

We leverage information technology (IT) to streamline the design process. A CAD system is composed of IT infrastructure, application-specific software solutions, and specialized peripheral devices, enabling optimized workflows and precision in targeted applications.



Facility 3

CNC Lathe

Computerized Numerical Control Lathe Machining Facilities are also available in the laboratory for the students, faculty members & in general product development.



Facility 4

Laser Beam Machining

The lab specializes in machining brittle materials using laser technology, achieving excellent surface finish and high precision. Its advanced machining tools are capable of delivering precision at the nanoscale level.



Facility 5

Rapid Prototyping

We have the facilities for the fastest fabrication of a physical part, model, or assembly using a 3D Computer-Aided Design. It’s done through varieties of printers available in the lab.



Facility 6

Watejet Machine

The Imagineering Lab is equipped with a high-precision waterjet cutting machine, capable of cutting a wide range of materials with tight tolerances. This facility supports the fabrication of complex geometries and prototypes without heat-affected zones, ensuring accurate and clean cuts.



Facility 7

EDM Machining

The Imagineering Lab features an EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machine, capable of high-precision machining of hard metals with intricate details. This process allows for the creation of complex geometries and fine features that are difficult to achieve with traditional machining methods.
