  1. When and where will the conference be held?

    The 8th Pan-IIT International Conference on Financial Markets & Corporate Finance (ICFMCF 2026) will be held from 3–5 July 2026 at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, Chennai, India.

  2. What are the major tracks of the conference?

    The conference invites research papers under the following broad tracks:

    1. Financial Markets
    2. Corporate Finance & Accounting
    3. Sustainable Finance
    4. AI in Finance
  3. What type of submissions are accepted?

    4. Only full papers are accepted for submission. Abstracts or extended abstracts are not accepted.

  4. What is the last date for paper submission?

    5. The last date for submission of the full paper is 31 March 2026. Early submission is encouraged.

  5. When will the acceptance notification be communicated?

    6. Authors will receive the notification of acceptance on 20 April 2026.

  6. How should the paper be formatted?

    7. Papers should follow these formatting guidelines:

    • Font: Times New Roman
    • Font size: 12-point
    • Line spacing: 1.5
    • References: Single spacing
    • Citation style: APA style
    • Submission format: PDF only

    Each page should be numbered and tables/figures should be properly labeled.

  7. Is there any word limit or page limit for paper submission?

    8. There is no specific word or page limit prescribed for the paper submission.

  8. How can I submit my paper?

    9. Authors must submit their papers online through the conference submission portal. Authors must first create login credentials before uploading their paper.

  9. What are the registration fees?

    10. Registration fees (excluding GST) are approximately:

    • Research Scholars: INR 4000 (Early) / INR 5000 (Regular)
    • Faculty Members: INR 6000 (Early) / INR 8000 (Regular)
    • Industry Participants: INR 10,000 (Early) / INR 12,000 (Regular)
    • International Participants: USD 200 (Early) / USD 250 (Regular)
  10. Do all authors need to register?

    11. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference. If more than one author wants to attend the Conference, they also have to register individually.

  11. Will certificates be provided?

    12. Yes. Certificates will include the names of all authors of the accepted paper.

  12. Who should attend the conference?

    13. The conference is intended for:

    • Faculty members and researchers
    • PhD and research scholars
    • Master’s Students
    • Finance and fintech professionals
    • Industry practitioners
    • Policymakers and regulators
  13. Is there an option for online or virtual presentation?

    14. No. Online or virtual presentation is not available. All accepted papers must be presented physically at the conference venue.

  14. How many papers can a person submit?

    15. A person can submit more than one paper but can present only one paper. If there are co-authors, the co-author can register and present the next paper.

  15. When should the registration fee be paid?

    16. The registration fee must be paid after the paper has been accepted.

  16. Will conference proceedings be published?

    17. The conference proceedings are yet to be finalized. Once finalized, the details will be updated on the conference website.

  17. Can undergraduate students submit papers?

    18. Yes. Undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students are welcome to submit papers.

  18. Can a paper have multiple authors?

    19. Yes. Papers may have multiple authors, but at least one author must register and present the paper.

  19. Who should I contact for further queries?

    20. For any additional queries, participants may contact the Conference Secretariat through the contact details provided on the conference website.

  20. Will accepted papers be published in Scopus-indexed proceedings?

    21. After the conference, authors will have the opportunity to submit their papers for consideration for publication in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings.

    Please note that:

    • Submission to the proceedings is optional and will be based on the interest of the authors.
  21. Can one attend the Conference without submitting a paper?

    22. Yes. One can register as a participant and attend the Conference.

  22. Can one attend only pre-Conference Workshop?

    23. Yes. One can register for the preconference Workshop alone and attend it.
