- Submission to the proceedings is optional and will be based on the interest of the authors.
- Can one attend the Conference without submitting a paper?

Only full papers are accepted for submission. Abstracts or extended abstracts are not accepted.
The last date for submission of the full paper is 31 March 2026. Early submission is encouraged.
Authors will receive the notification of acceptance on 20 April 2026.
Papers should follow these formatting guidelines:
Each page should be numbered and tables/figures should be properly labeled.
There is no specific word or page limit prescribed for the paper submission.
Authors must submit their papers online through the conference submission portal. Authors must first create login credentials before uploading their paper.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference. If more than one author wants to attend the Conference, they also have to register individually.
Yes. Certificates will include the names of all authors of the accepted paper.
The conference is intended for:
No. Online or virtual presentation is not available. All accepted papers must be presented physically at the conference venue.
A person can submit more than one paper but can present only one paper. If there are co-authors, the co-author can register and present the next paper.
The registration fee must be paid after the paper has been accepted.
The conference proceedings are yet to be finalized. Once finalized, the details will be updated on the conference website.
Yes. Undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students are welcome to submit papers.
Yes. Papers may have multiple authors, but at least one author must register and present the paper.

After the conference, authors will have the opportunity to submit their papers for consideration for publication in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings.
