About the Conference

ICFMCF is a prestigious pan-IIT initiative, jointly organized by the leading management schools of the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), including IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Dhanbad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, and IIT Kharagpur. ICFMCF is an annual event of GAFER (Global Association of Financial and Entrepreneurial Research) which has been established by finance group of all IITs. The PAN-IIT conference brings together researchers from academia, industry, and regulatory organizations to deliberate on theoretical work, empirical findings and policy implications related to financial markets and corporate finance. The 8th Pan-IIT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON FINANCIAL MARKETS & CORPORATE FINANCE (ICFMCF 2026) will be held in the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, from July 3 - 5, 2026. Since its inception, ICFMCF has grown into one of the most respected events in the discipline, known for its rigorous review standards, high-quality paper presentations, keynote lectures by eminent scholars, and opportunities for global networking and academic collaboration.

The aim of the conference is to provide a forum to showcase the cutting-edge research in the areas of financial markets, corporate finance & accounting, and sustainable finance. The conference provides an excellent avenue to get quality feedback and an opportunity for networking among researchers, academicians, and industry executives working in the area of finance and allied areas. We invite high-quality original theoretical/applied empirical papers from faculty members, research scholars, and industry practitioners. The conference encourages interdisciplinary research and fosters knowledge sharing that contributes to both academia and industry.
