• PepsiCo USA (2011). Managed $ 5 million dollar budget and a group of highly experienced engineers. Assessed consumer needs, performed competitive market analysis, identified $1-5 Billion innovation opportunities in the Health & Wellness arena for PepsiCo and developed R&D competitive strategies for execution.
• S. C. Johnson USA (2009). Reported to the President & CTO and served on the Board of Directors. Researched and designed an environmentally benign, sustainable aerosol technology for '09 CARB regulatory compliance. Invented and implemented environmentally sustainable technology that saved the company $350,000,000 in 2009.
• Nu Skin Enterprises USA (2005). Reported to the President. Designed and developed the Ecosphere® Kitchen-top Drinking Water Purifier for Asia, to generate $25,000,000 annual sales.
• Unilever USA (2003). Reported to Vice President, R&D. Managed $14 million budget and a team of 65+ scientists and engineers. Designed, led and managed breakthrough Global R&D projects for Mega Brands-PONDS, LUX and Fair and Lovely. Published over 50 Unilever research papers (proprietary knowledge) and obtained several patents.
• Hindustan Unilever India (2001). Invented a new water structuring technology to increase the water content in soaps from 6-7% to 20-30%. Was awarded a single-author patent (US 6440908). Introduced this new technology to soaps and commercialized it in LIFEBUOY®, the oldest (120 years old) and the largest selling soap in India (>115,000 tons per year). Published a part of the scientific work in J. Amer. Chem. Soc. (2002, 124, 3200).

• Johns Hopkins USA. Invited as Adjunct Professor by the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Management to teach in the Executive MBA Program on Innovation (2011).
• Singapore Management University, Singapore. Invited as Adjunct Professor to teach in the SMU Executive MBA Program on IPR Management and Value Extraction (2014).
• MNNIT-Allahabad, India. Invited to deliver plenary lecture on Intellectual Property Rights at the National Symposium on Intellectual Property Awareness (2014).
• IIIT-Jabalpur, India. Invited to conduct a national level Workshop on Innovation & Intellectual Property Rights to create awareness of the necessity and benefits of IPRs (2014). Page 24 of 45
