IIT Kanpur has recently inked memorandum of understanding with two universities in Finland and three in Norway for student and faculty exchange programme. The aim is to also target joint research initiatives. These MoUs were signed by IITK Director, Prof. Indranil Manna, during his recent visit to the two countries.Professor Manna also signed MoUs with 12 Finnish universities on behalf of a consortium of 16 IITs. These agreements will facilitate student and faculty exchange programme, as well as joint research initiatives. Under these MoUs while our students will visit these universities in Finland and Norway, the students from these universities will also be able to come to IITK and study and work here.
