Even in the age of technology, the study of materials and crafting with materials is one of the essential skills of a designer. The studio is equipped with wide variety of tools and machines to help stir students’ imagination and craft objects and product with great skill and detail.  The Design Programme gives great importance to the ability to crafting with various materials to create products, forms and object. It is an important aid for student to get a good understanding of form, ergonomics, texture  and various design elements. Various prototypes and products have been developed at the Materials and Crafting Studio.
