The Office of International Relations (OIR), IIT Kanpur, hosted a Christmas Eve celebration for international students, bringing together to share the joy and warmth of the festive season. The event was graced by Prof. Bushra Ateeq, Dean, Office of International Relations, along with members of the OIR staff, who extended season’s greetings and interacted with the students. The gathering offered an opportunity for students to connect, celebrate cultural diversity, and experience a sense of belonging, even while being away from home.

The celebration was filled with Christmas carols, light-hearted games, and joyful interactions, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The evening concluded with the sharing of a Christmas cake, accompanied by a small birthday celebration for the son of an international student, adding a personal, heartfelt touch and beautifully reflecting the close-knit spirit of the international community at IIT Kanpur.
