SEE Material Characterization Facility - Guidelines for IIT Kanpur Users

  1. All IIT Kanpur users must book equipment slots online through the Equipment Booking System: https://www.iitk.ac.in/see/equipment
  2. After slot booking, users are required to submit the duly filled User Form with complete details. The form must be signed by the Guide / PI or Co-PI.
  3. The duly signed form must be emailed to the seeoffice@iitk.ac.in at least 2 days prior to the scheduled experiment and submitted to the equipment operator on the day of the experiment.
  4. Online slot booking provides only a tentative reservation. Final confirmation will be subject to submission of the duly completed form.
  5. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in advance to seeoffice@iitk.ac.in.
