Mr. Kuldip Narayan has been conferred the Satyendra K Dubey Memorial Award 2015 for his effort to promote probity and transparency in public service and exemplary dedication in maintaining the highest professional integrity in upholding human values. Mr. Narayan received his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2000. He is currently serving as the District Magistrate of the Madhubani District of Bihar.
