The event was efficiently planned and coordinated under the guidance of Mr. Vishwa Ranjan, Registrar of IIT Kanpur, whose leadership ensured the smooth and successful conduct of the programme. Distinguished resource persons from various prestigious organizations were invited to conduct the sessions. Their rich experience, practical insights, and interactive approach greatly enriched the learning experience of the participants. Internal participants from IIT Kanpur also actively participated in the programme, making the workshop more collaborative and engaging. The Staff Training Unit of IIT Kanpur, though a small unit, has consistently demonstrated exceptional efficiency and commitment in organizing impactful training programmes. The successful execution of this workshop stands as a testimony to their dedicated efforts and effective coordination. It is noteworthy that the Staff Training Unit had also organized a similar three-day workshop last year, which was widely appreciated and considered a grand success. The feedback received from participants for both workshops has been overwhelmingly positive and encouraging. Participants highly appreciated the quality of sessions, the relevance of topics, and the opportunity for inter-institutional learning and networking. The participants also appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent arrangements made during the programme. The seamless coordination, comfortable stay, quality catering, and overall support extended throughout the sessions contributed significantly to making the workshop a pleasant and memorable learning experience for all attendees. Encouraged by the excellent response and positive outcomes, the Staff Training Unit plans to continue organizing such capacity-building programmes in the future. These initiatives not only help participants acquire knowledge and enhance professional skills, but also empower them to act as trainers and resource persons in their own institutions and organizations, thereby contributing to a broader culture of learning and institutional development.
