Faculty Connect - 2026


Faculty Connect 2026 was organized with a special focus on welcoming and engaging newly joined faculty members, reinforcing the institute’s commitment to enabling faculty with the right support to unlock powerful possibilities for research and institutional growth. The session aimed to strengthen internal engagement while familiarizing new faculty with the role, resources, and initiatives of the Office of Resources and Alumni (DoRA).

During the session, Prof. Amey Karkare shared insights into DoRA’s efforts in facilitating structured Department–alumni engagement, proposal development, corporate and CSR partnerships, and compliance support, while highlighting how impactful success stories help strengthen institutional credibility. The session concluded with an interactive discussion, providing new faculty members an opportunity to directly engage with the DoRA team and explore avenues that support their research and professional growth.

Faculty Connect 2025 was successfully organized as a platform for meaningful faculty engagement, focused on strengthening academic collaboration, institutional growth, and outreach initiatives. The event encouraged dialogue on building strategic partnerships and enhancing long-term institutional impact. A special highlight of the program was a thought-provoking session by Dr. Surabhi Yadav, a renowned CSR consultant, who spoke on “Making Impact, Driving Change: Academia’s CSR Partnership Beyond Compliance.” Her address emphasized how academic institutions can move beyond regulatory frameworks to create sustainable, outcome-driven CSR collaborations that contribute to societal development while reinforcing the institute’s larger mission. The active participation of faculty members made the event both insightful and forward-looking.
