The Faculty Connect Sessions, organized by the Office of Development & Alumni Relations (DoRA), is aimed to strengthen internal engagement with faculty members. The sessions provided a platform to introduce DoRA initiatives, highlight funding and collaboration opportunities, and understand faculty needs and challenges. Through open interaction, the sessions encouraged partnership building, improved awareness of institutional support mechanisms, and reinforced DoRA's role as a facilitator in enabling faculty success, research growth, and meaningful alumni and industry engagement.
