Answer: The duration varies as per the qualifying and/or highest degree of the candidate (Bachelors/Masters). For example, candidates with MBA or equivalent degree in Management will have a minimum duration of 4 semesters and maximum of 6 years. Please note that IIT- Kanpur employs a centralized standard format of certificate for reserved category students. Those students who have applied in the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PD), should bring with them the appropriate certificate in that prescribed format when they come for the written test.

Answer: Your referees will receive an e-mail from oaadmin@iitk.ac.in with subject "Request for Reference". Referees can submit their recomendations through the link provided in that e-mail.
