Mrs. Rachna Pradhan (BT/EE/1985) is the Co-founder and CTO of Max Secure Software. With over 20 years of experience, Mrs. Pradhan has successfully managed projects providing varied solutions in the field of R&D, design, manufacturing &Q&A/Resting in diverse technology sphere.
Mr. Sanjay Pradhan (BT/CHE/1986) is the Founder & CEO of Max Secure Software. With a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Pradhan began his career in the US with companies working in the areas of Real Time Dynamic Simulation, AI, designing & deploying Control systems using Batch Processes. At Max Secure Software, Mr. Pradhan oversees business strategy, marketing & product development. He did his MS from Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania in AI & Optimization.
Sanjay & Rachna Pradhan Chair was set up by them, which is open to any faculty from all the departments of sciences & engineering.
Prof. Kumar Vaibhav Srivastava, Department of Electrical Engineering, research interests include meta-materials, microwave antennas, MIMO antennas, microwave absorbers, finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) technique and microwave cloaking. He is involved with several research projects with the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD), General Electric (GE), etc. He has received Young Fellowship Awards (Class of 1979 Research Fellowship in 2013 and Dr. Shukla Faculty Research Fellowship in 2017) from IIT Kanpur for his significant contribution as a faculty member at IIT Kanpur, Excellence in Teaching Award-2020 at IIT Kanpur for his outstanding teaching in last few years, recipient of 'IEI (Institution of Engineer, INDIA) Young Engineer Award for year 2014-15 for his significant contribution in Electrical Engineering. He earned his doctorate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2008.
