Mr. Mohit Singh

Mr. Mohit Singh is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Archrock, an energy infrastructure company headquartered in Houston, Texas, with a primary focus on midstream natural gas compression. With more than 25 years of experience across the energy value chain, Mohit has built a distinguished career spanning oil and gas operations, investment banking, corporate finance, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership.




Profile

Mr. Singh graduated with a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 1997. He subsequently earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

He began his professional career with Shell Exploration & Production Company, where he served in research engineering, reservoir engineering, business planning, and financial planning roles from 2001 to 2008. In 2008, he joined Goldman Sachs as Vice President - Global Natural Resources, where he worked until 2013, advising on major energy-sector transactions. From 2013 to 2015, he served as Director at RBC Capital Markets, focusing on oil and gas mergers, acquisitions, and asset transactions.

Mr. Mohit joined BPX Energy in 2015 and served on the executive leadership team until 2021. During this period, he held the positions of Senior Vice President, Development - North Business Unit / Head of Business Development (2015-2020) and Vice President, New Business Development (2020-2021). In 2021, he was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Energy Corporation. Following the merger of Chesapeake Energy Corporation with Southwestern Energy Company in 2024 to form Expand Energy Corporation, he continued as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Expand Energy until August 2025.

Since 2024, he has also served as an Independent Director of Powell Industries and is a member of its Audit Committee and Compensation & Human Capital Committee.In July 2026, he joined Archrock as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
