Mr. Pradeep Bhargava

Mr. Pradeep Bhargava is an accomplished business leader and technology entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the automotive, technology, and digital services sectors. He currently serves as the CEO and Founder of GladMinds, a leading digital aftermarket platform that enables brands to provide seamless product support while helping consumers manage their assets. Today, the platform serves nearly 15 million consumers.

Profile

Mr. Bhargava received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1989 and later completed a Diploma in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in 1994.
He began his career with Larsen & Toubro in sales and marketing before taking on leadership roles at DaimlerChrysler India and Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where he served as Head of Information Technology and Chief Operating Officer, respectively. He also founded Beyond Blue, a strategy and technology consulting firm, before establishing GladMinds, where he continues to drive innovation in the digital aftermarket ecosystem.
Alongside his professional accomplishments, Mr. Bhargava has been actively involved with the IIT Kanpur Alumni Association, playing a key role in strengthening alumni engagement through several initiatives. Mr. Bhargava has also championed entrepreneurship, fostered industry collaboration, and promoted IIT Kanpur across India and globally. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to alumni engagement and his significant support for the Institute's fundraising efforts, IIT Kanpur conferred upon him the Distinguished Services Award 2021.
