Mr. Gautam Khanna currently serves as the CEO of PD Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre and Head of Hinduja College of Nursing, Mumbai.
Mr. Gautam Khanna received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1998 and subsequently went on to earn his masters degree from IIM Calcutta in 1990.
Prior to assuming his role as the CEO of PD Hinduja Hospital, he relentlessly served at 3M Health Care businesses nationally & internationally for over 22 years. He held multiple leadership positions including Executive Director & Country Business Leader, in both Sri Lanka & India. He is actively involved in numerous industry associations, holding prominent leadership positions. Currently he is amongst the coveted members of the QCI (Quality Council of India) APEX Steering Committee for Grading (Accreditation++) of the NABH Accredited Healthcare Organisation. He is also the President of AOH Mumbai and member of the Board of Studies for Health Care Management Program at Goa Institute of Management. He has held Apex position in FICCI as the Chairman - FICCI Health Services Committee (2022-23) & also chair of FICCI Medical Device Forum. He has also played pivotal roles in other prestigious forums like AMCHAM Medical Device Committee, & Advamed.
He has also featured as a leader in various books like "The Art of Management", book by Shiv Shivkumar in 2022, in the book "Executive Presence-The Poise Formula for Leadership" by Shital Kakkar Mehra in 2020, "Uncornered-Learnings from the Corner Office" by Luis Moniz in 2016.
